I purchased a 2 Watch Winder. One of my watches was small as I had removed some links in the steel bracelet. Although the watch fit on the holder it was rather tight so I sent an email to Barrington inquiring if a smaller watch holder was available. I received a reply the next day and was told a smaller holder was already sent to me by express mail. Not only did I receive the holder the following day but I also received a phone call from Barrington explaining how the original holder could be adjusted if I preferred or I could keep the smaller holder. I almost never write reviews but the service was so outstanding that I wanted to share my experience.
