WARRANTY

Your watch winder comes with a 2 year warranty so if you encounter any issue within this period the we suggest you first either email us at sales@barringtonwatchwinders.com or call us on +44 1494 410125 (UK & Rest of World) or +1 888 3584025 (United States) and we will determine the best course of action.

REPAIRS

Even if your winder is outside of its warranty period, we can still repair it. As our winders are built to allow easy access for repair, many of these repairs can even be done remotely without the need to return the unit to us but we have technicians in the UK and the US who can help as required (see our dedicated page on Repairs here).

How To Use Your Watch Winder

Place your watch on the cushion, set the rotation direction (clockwise, counter-clockwise, or alternating), and select the Turns Per Day (TPD). The winder then rotates your watch intermittently, keeping it wound and accurate.

I had my doubts when I bought this, but i have been pleasantly surprised! It looks great and is so quiet that it can perch on my bedside table without my wife complaining. It is really easy to use, and i like the fact that I can daisy-chain multiple winders to save on socket usage. The addition of a cover was a pleasant surprise!
I have already ordered a second winder, and fully expect to order more. Being able to wear any of my automatic watches whenever I want to, and without having to set the date, is really wonderful.

Second 6-watch winder and Exceptional Service

I just purchased my second 6-watch winder. Seems that buying expensive watches is addictive, so Barrington will just have to keep up with my fascination with beautiful watches. When I got my first winder in 2024 (4-winder), the unit was having problems. So, I contacted Barrington and we were able to arrange to return the faulty 4-winder and I upgraded (for a few extra bucks) to a 6-winder, which has performed flawlessly.
I ordered my second 6-winder a few weeks ago, and encountered a problem with US customs, who thought my winder was an actual watch, so they put my delivery on hold. I contacted Sean (about 4PM CDT which is 10PM in the UK and he actually picked up the call). He worked with DHL to get this issue resolved quickly and I now have my second, beautiful watch winder.

My belief is that anyone can sell product, but very few will go out of their way with great service when problems occur. Barrington is truly that exception.
