Breguet Tradition Collection Update 2026

Breguet has introduced a comprehensive update to its Tradition collection, presenting several new models that refine the visual language of the line while preserving its distinctive mechanical architecture. The 2026 releases focus on subtle yet effective changes, including the use of colour, texture and more refined dial proportions.

The result is a collection that feels more contemporary without departing from its historical foundations.

Tradition Seconde Rétrograde 7037

The updated 7037 returns to a more compact format, with a case measuring 38 mm in diameter and 12.7 mm in thickness, available in white gold or platinum. The design retains classic Breguet elements such as fluted case sides and straight welded lugs.

The off-centred dial is executed in Grand Feu enamel and features Arabic numerals in place of the traditional Roman style. A key visual development is the monochromatic treatment of the movement, presented in either blue or black, with rhodium-plated components applied across the moving elements.

Additional depth is introduced through the guilloché decoration of the mainspring barrel cover. The watch is paired with a rubber strap matching the dial tone.

Power is provided by the in-house calibre 505 SR, which combines a traditional layout with modern materials, including a silicon balance spring. The movement operates at 3 Hz and offers a power reserve of approximately 50 hours, driven by a central platinum rotor shaped as an arrow.

The model is priced at approximately CHF 45,200 in white gold and CHF 49,700 in platinum.

Tradition Seconde Rétrograde 7097

The 7097 represents a larger interpretation of the same concept, housed in a 40 mm by 11.8 mm rose gold case. The movement features a dark anthracite finish, while functional components are coordinated with the tone of the case.

A notable refinement is the retrograde seconds display, now executed in sandblasted gold and repositioned so that it no longer overlaps the main dial. The dial itself remains crafted in Grand Feu enamel and is fitted with blued steel hands.

The watch is worn on a grey calf leather strap with a nubuck-like texture. It is powered by the calibre 505 SR1, closely related to the movement used in the 7037, featuring the same frequency and power reserve, and equipped with a white gold rotor bearing the Breguet signature.

The approximate retail price is CHF 43,200.

Tradition GMT 7067

Among the new releases, the GMT 7067 stands out as one of the most visually distinctive. It is presented in a platinum case measuring 40 mm by 12.1 mm and features a green gradient Grand Feu enamel dial with Arabic numerals.

The movement is treated with a dark grey finish, contrasting with a black subdial for the second time zone positioned at 8 o’clock. A day and night indicator is located at 10 o’clock, alongside a corrector for adjusting the GMT function.

The watch is fitted with a black rubber strap and powered by the in-house calibre 507DRF. This hand-wound movement operates at 3 Hz and delivers a power reserve of approximately 50 hours.

The model is priced at approximately CHF 62,800.

Tradition Seconde Rétrograde 7038

The 7038 introduces a more compact and decorative interpretation of the Tradition concept. The watch is housed in a 37 mm by 11.6 mm white gold case.

The bezel is set with 58 diamonds, while an additional 25 diamonds are incorporated into the white gold clasp of the black fabric strap. The movement features a black sandblasted finish across the bridges and mainplate, complemented by guilloché decoration on the barrel cover and rotor in a sunburst pattern.

The dial is crafted from black aventurine glass and displays Arabic numerals with a silver powder coating applied to both numerals and hands.

Inside is the calibre 505 SR, shared with the 7037 models, offering the same frequency and power reserve.

The approximate price is CHF 50,600.

A Refined Direction for Tradition

With this latest update, Breguet demonstrates a careful balance between continuity and evolution. By introducing colour, material contrasts and improved dial proportions, the Tradition collection gains a renewed sense of modernity while maintaining its signature openworked architecture and historical references.
