If you would like to extend your warranty from 12 to 24 months, please complete the forms below with your name, email address and (if you have it) your Amazon order number. If you don't have your Amazon order number we can still extend the warranty but it makes it easier for us to connect with your Amazon order if you do.

Please note this form is only for customers who have purchased on Amazon. If you purchased directly from our website then you already benefit from a two year warranty.
