SHIPPING

We aim to ship all items within 1 day of receiving the order and most orders same day if received before 1pm (UK time)

UK: Standard shipping is free and usually takes 2-3 days with Evri / Express is Next Day with DPD or DHL and costs £9.95-19.95 depending on the winder with all costs shown at checkout

US: Standard shipping is free and usually takes 5-7 days with Amazon / Express to major metropolitan centres is usually 1-3 days but more remote locations take longer. We use Amazon USA and your winder will be shipped from their warehouse. The cost for Express shipping is shown at checkout.

EU: Standard shipping incurs a small fee and usually takes 5-7 days with Amazon / Express shipping is more expensive and depends on your location but we can usually ship in 1-3 days. All shipping costs are shown at checkout. Please contact us if you need an item by a specific time.

Rest of World: Standard shipping incurs a small fee and usually takes 5-7 days / Express shipping is more expensive and depends on your location but we can usually ship in 2-5 days. All shipping costs are shown at checkout. Please contact us if you need an item by a specific time.

WARRANTY

Your watch winder comes with a 2 year warranty so if you encounter any issue within this period the we suggest you first either email us at sales@barringtonwatchwinders.com or call us on +44 1494 410125 (UK & Rest of World) or +1 888 3584025 (United States) and we will determine the best course of action.

REPAIRS

Even if your winder is outside of its warranty period, we can still repair it. As our winders are built to allow easy access for repair, many of these repairs can even be done remotely without the need to return the unit to us but we have technicians in the UK and the US who can help as required (see our dedicated page on Repairs here).
