SUITABLE ONLY FOR OLDER WINDER MODELS

Flex cushion - for our single watch winders and suitable for smaller wrist sizes of 15-20cm(approx 6-8") in circumference.

This cushion has the same locking mechanism as our standard cushion but instead of a rigid frame it has a sponge back that can be compressed or shaped into almost any size this allowing it be suitable for smaller wrist sizes.

Please note this cushion is ONLY SUITABLE FOR OUR SINGLE WINDERS.

UK SHIPPING COSTS 

We aim to ship all items within 1 working day of receiving the order.

Our free shipping service to the UK 2-3 days (up to 5 days for islands) and we deliver on weekends as well.

Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will usually go out that same day.

Our Express shipping option charges a fee of £9.95-12.95 for the UK (depending on the winder dimentions) and usually ships with UPS. Orders received before 12pm Monday-Friday will go out the same day for delivery.

Call us if you need the winder by a specific date and we will advise you of the best option.

US SHIPPING COSTS 

Standard shipping to the US is free and Express incurs a small fee which you will see at checkout.

EU SHIPPING COSTS

There is a charge to ship to the EU and this is shown at checkout. Express shipping is more expensive and we aim to ship items from our location in Germany via Amazon Logistics. 

REST OF WORLD SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping outside the UK depends on where you are, the weight of what you are buying and whether you chooses Standard or Express.

Your purchase on this website is covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and we will be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days if you are not entirely satisfied. In fact, even if it's outside this window (within reason) we'll take it back and refund you.

The bottom line for us is that you're happy with your purchase. You also have a 2 year "Back to base" warranty on your winder.

Contact us if you have an issue we have a super technician (John) who can fix almost anything. If John can't fix it, we'll replace it.
